Our Return Policy
Products purchased online must be shipped back to us directly and cannot be returned to a store. You are responsible for the re-packaging of the product and the cost of shipping and handling of the product(s) you are returning to us.
Please note: all returns must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair; merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached along with a copy of the original receipt of sale of that product(s).
Once any tag has been removed or a copy of the receipt is not attached to the product, then we can not accept the return under any circumstances.
Product(s) not eligible for returns:
- Special/customized order products—if your order is delayed beyond the original expected delivery date, you may cancel your special/customized order or request to have the product exchange for another product of equal value
- Personalized and dyed products
- Damaged products
- Alterated products
- Sale products
- Products with any tags removed
- Products without a copy of the original receipt attached
If you are not happy with the product you purchased, then you may exchange that product for another product of equal value within 14 days of receiving the original product you were not happy with. If a replacement product can not be found that equal the cost of the original product you purchased and was not happy with, then we can refund you via credit or debit card (original payment method) the cost of the original product plus the cost of shipping and handling.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Reporting Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, wrong size product or incorrect product, we’d like to make it right for you ASAP. Tell us about the issue by calling us at 1-410-707-7190 within 7 days of receiving the shipment or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org, please allow 3 business days to respond to your email or phone call. When you send back the product, please include a note of explanation in the return box with your contact info. (name, address, phone number, email address) and a copy of the original receipt of the product(s) purchased. Remember, that you are responsible for the re-packaging of the product and the cost of shipping and handling of the product(s) you are returning to us.
- Replacing an item
We’ll do our best to replace defective, damaged, product(s) not the correct size or incorrect product(s). If we cannot send a replacement product, you’ll be refunded the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees.
- Shipping Refunds
- Refunds for return shipping are calculated using the lowest-cost shipping method. Product(s) returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method.
Online Changes and Cancellations
We start processing orders as soon as they are placed/ordered online and we are unable to change or cancel orders once placed and confirmed. This includes changes to products, payment method, shipping address, and shipping method. If the product needs to be changed or cancelled for any reason such as the product being damaged, defected, incorrect size ordered, product was lost or etc. then we will do our best to exchange the product for another product of equal value. If this exchange method does not work on the product you purchased and all options to exchange the product to another product has been exhausted, then we will refund you the cost of the product purchased along with any shipping and handling cost you paid.
